I had no idea when I hired Kathy Layne to sell my house that I would be hiring not just a real estate agent, but an advocate, a counselor, a cheerleader, a coworker, and a caregiver. Kathy worked diligently to sell my home. She not only advertised and promoted the home; she did so much more. Instead of just listing and showing the house, she also worked with us in areas I never would have expected. When we had to vacate the home early because of my new job, she checked on the home, swept the floors, maintained the climate of the home, and kept it clean. When I couldn't drive back home to meet with workers hired to make the needed minor repairs that were mentioned in the home inspection, Kathy met the guys at my house, let them in, and sometimes stayed with them while they did their work. She endured my frustration when I worried about the sale and told me to take a breathe because everything was going to be okay. And it was. I cannot recommend Kathy Layne highly enough. She was a joy to work with. I am beyond grateful that she messaged me one evening, introduced herself, and asked if she could help me sell my home.
